Polypeptide Database is a resource
of bioactive peptides.BioPD is managed by Institute of Cadiovascular Science Peking University Health Science Center and faciliated by National
Fundamental Research Project (973 project). It involves the basic
and structure information of peptide, the related gene information,
the interactions between the peptide and other proteins and the
information about diseases and the peptide if available, conducts
research in bioinformatics, serves as the information center for
the peptide research.
